Qualitynet continues its pioneering journey, becomes first ISP to launch its WhatsApp Business Account
Qualitynet, Kuwait’s leading provider of ICT, Data Communication, Internet & Enterprise Solutions, has announced the launch of its WhatsApp Business Communication Service. The service aims to provide an additional option that facilitates quick and convenient communication between customers and the Residential Sales Department. Additionally, customers can avail the option of making payments directly and securely through WhatsApp, an unprecedented step in the field of Internet services in Kuwait.
Ali Ebrahim Al-Esmail, Chief Customer & Information Services Officer said “At Qualitynet, we’re keen on keeping up with the latest technologies in Customer Service, facilitating transactions and providing services to our customers. This service is in addition to our electronic service platforms (website and mobile application) and is available to customers on weekdays from Sunday to Thursday, 8 am to 10 pm, and during the weekend from 10 am to 8 pm”.
Ali explained how the application (WhatsApp), which is among the most used communication apps on Smart phones today, is ideal to communicate and has proven to be secure in maintaining the privacy of customers. He also added that the Qualitynet service for WhatsApp is available on the retail sales service number 187827, and that customers can get all the information about the company directly through the profile, which contains the address of the company via Google Maps, the official working hours and contact info in addition to social media accounts and other communication channels.
