Qualitynet was awarded with the ‘Most Innovative Use of Technology to improve Customer Experience’ award for the entire Middle East region, for its competitiveness in providing Innovative services that enhance the overall experience for customers in both Corporate & Residential markets.
ICPQ’s judging panel, consisting of high profile professionals and industry veterans, selected Qualitynet from among many established brands competing for the same title. Qualitynet’s customer experience report submitted for consideration towards the competition was well appreciated by the judges, who congratulated Qualitynet not only on the innovative nature of services presented, but also in how it drastically improved customer satisfaction while matching, if not exceeding their needs.
The judge’s panel set a very high benchmark for the competition, which lead to a shortlist of well established brands that are setting trends in Innovation and creative application of technology both regionally and internationally.
