Qualitynet, Kuwait’s #1 ICT, Data Communications & Internet Services Provider participated as an Associate Sponsor in Iran’s first international telecoms conference – Iran Connect 2016. The event which was held over September 6th &7th in Tehran, was a major success.
Co-hosted by the Ministry of Information and Communications Technology of Iran, the event was attended by 165 companies from 33 countries. As the first international telecoms conference in the country, Iran Connect provided the first opportunity for international organizations to discover investment and trading opportunities in one of the world’s last untapped markets.

The country has made major infrastructure investments over the past 3 years, and its Technology and ICT sector will absorb over 16 Billion Euros in investments over the next 5 years. 75% of this figure will be met through foreign investments from key Telecom & ICT companies in the private sector.
