Qualitynet wins the award for the ‘Best Digital Experience’ at the 5th Annual CEM ME Summit

IQPC, a well-known organisation specialised in conducting worldwide conferences, seminars and learning programs, held its 5th Annual Customer Experience Management Summit in Telecoms for the Middle East region, in Dubai – UAE. Qualitynet was awarded with the ‘Best Digital Experience’ award for the entire Middle East region, for its competitiveness in successfully engaging customers and managing high service levels across Social Media and Web Channels.

IQPC’s judging panel, consisting of high profile professionals and industry veterans, selected Qualitynet from among many established brands competing for the same title. Qualitynet’s digital experience report submitted for consideration towards the competition was well appreciated by the judges, who congratulated Qualitynet on the innovative manner of engaging fans and customers through digital platforms, helping them experience higher service levels and giving back to the community through its various online initiatives.

The judge’s panel set a very high benchmark for the competition, which lead to a shortlist of well established brands that are setting trends in Innovation and creative Digital Experiences both regionally and internationally. Qualitynet expressed its pride in being recognised for its Innovative Digital and Web practises, especially at a regional level, adding the achievement to those it has amassed since being established in 1998.
