Qualitynet deploys the first Just ASK automated Kiosk, with multi-payment options.

Qualitynet, the pioneer in bringing Information and Communication Technology of global standards to Kuwait, recently deployed the first Just ASK fully automated kiosk. The self service kiosk eases purchasing of a large number of services, and is considered to be one of the best in the automation industries. Branded Just ASK, the kiosk allows one to buy prepaid cards, international telephone cards and mobile prepaid cards, among other services. Some of the other services it hosts include the possibility of renewing subscriptions and clearing bills of Qualitynet, bill payment from mobile telephone companies, public utility bills etc. Payment options include credit and debit cards, in addition to cash. The kiosk will be made available at all major shopping malls and other such popular spots, and will operate 24/7.

Qualitynet understands the importance of security in the financial transactions that would need to be carried out by customers. The company has signed an agreement with Knet, a business entity with whom it has a long standing relationship, which ensures complete confidentiality and security.

Mr. Rashid Abdullah (MD - Qualitynet) stated "Just ASK kiosks are very advanced and sophisticated, and can be considered to be a major step towards changing the traditional perception of customers, in dealing with such advanced machines. Considered one of the most advanced machines in the automation segment, it hosts a large number of advanced services, which will result in saving time and effort". He also added that Qualitynet is proud to continually being the first in providing the best and most convenient value adds for customers, be it in Automation, Data or Internet services. He stated the role of the company does not stop with providing the service, but also extends to complete integration, monitoring and maintenance.

 

Mr. Hassan Akbar (GM - KNet) said "Signing the agreement with Qualitynet will definitely benefit both the companies, but the main benefit goes to all the clients of local banks, including individuals and corporates". He also added that Knet always tries to serve clients of local banks through the usage of their bank cards in different transactions, through Knet's advanced network that is equipped with the latest security and confidentiality measures.
