Qualitynet, Kuwait's number one Internet and Data Communications Service Provider was once again certified with the ISO 9001:2000 certification. The renewed certificate issued by DNV (Det Norske Veritas) has once again proved that Qualitynet operates in a manner true to its name; uncompromised quality in Service and Processes.

With a basic objective of being the preferred provider of Data and Internet services in the country, the company worked its way to achieving the certification in its very first year of inception, and has since maintained it without any compromises.

The certification process, which covers every department in the company, examines every process in its entirety and in minute details. The re-certification highlights the dedication and professionalism that every single staff member at Qualitynet puts into practice. It also places the company's systems, processes and services at par with globally accepted and admired standards.

Mr. Pendar Vatanian, the DNV Lead Auditor, was responsible in carrying out the process. He stated the process to have been almost effortless, considering the level of professionalism that was already in practiced in the various departments of the company. He also congratulated Qualitynet for displaying excellent levels of teamwork, its proactive approach in Customer Care and its continuous pursuit of crossing performance objectives.
