Qualitynet has successfully launched Qstore, an online shopping point for all Qualitynet services. Qualitynet Managing Director, Mr. Rashid Abdulla, stated that the company takes great pride in contributing toward the initialization of electronic trade (e-commerce) in the State of Kuwait with Qstore that initially avails facilities for customers to buy all Qualitynet residential services online. He said that Qstore would form an electronic bridge between the customer and Qualitynet enabling customers to save money, time and efforts.

Mr. Rashid mentioned that now customers can directly and immediately access Qstore (www.myqstore.com) through Internet and benefit with discounts on purchasing Qualitynet services.

Customers can use all credit cards and National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) debit, however this will be extended more in the near future.

Mr. Yousif Ahmed, General Manager of Marketing and Sales pointed out that other organizations can now join hands with Qstore and use this online mall for e-commerce activities to sell their products and services online, which is vital for the national economy. This project is expected to facilitate numerous facilities and conveniences to the people of Kuwait. However, he added, "this dream cannot be realized very easily and quickly unless the concept of buying online is welcomed well by the people of Kuwait, although such projects will reflect positively on the economy and the people in general. For this reason, business organizations should encourage and create awareness about the security, convenience and cost saving of buying online".

He explained about the initial facilities at Qstore: "all what a Qualitynet customer has to do is just go through a simple procedure, and their Internet account can be activated within a matter of minutes.
