Qualitynet achieves ISO Certification:

Qualitynet, Kuwait's leading Internet and Data Communications Service Provider, has achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification. Qualitynet is the first company from its industry to attain this certification in Kuwait. DNV (Det Norske Veritas) awarded Qualitynet with this certification based on the evaluation done on all activities and sections of the company.

Qualitynet's Managing Director, Mr. Rashid Abdulla stated that this certification has added another feather to Qualitynet's hat. He also added that being the leader in Kuwait is the basic objective worked for, attained and maintained by the organization from its first year of inception.

This achievement is a recognition and reward to each and every staff member of Qualitynet since it is the result of all the employees dedication and professionalism, mentioned Mr. Abdulla. He stated that the top management of the company is very proud since this recognition certifies that all systems, procedures and services of Qualitynet are at par with world-class standards and that globally recognized and accepted standards were practiced at Qualitynet even before the ISO evaluation. The Quality Policy was implemented throughout the circulatory system of Qualitynet targeting and delivering the most satisfactory customer services possible, concluded Mr. Abdulla.

Mr. Baljit Singh, the DNV Lead Auditor, stated that auditing Qualitynet to the ISO 9001:2000 standard was a pleasurable experience by itself since the company exhibited professionalism of a very superior nature, which is not very easily witnessed. He added that the outflow of the concepts of customer service & customer satisfaction could be seen and felt literally emanating from the Managing Director onwards. The highlight of the three-day audit was the total compliance to the ISO 9001:2000 system with no non-conformity.

 

DNV's Lead Auditor congratulated Qualitynet for their exceptional teamwork and emphasis on proactive Customer Care and continual monitoring of performance objectives. Qualitynet has been one of the most proactive organizations to be audited for the prestigious ISO 9001 certification.

Mr. Singh also added that it was clearly a case of excellent teamwork and commitment to the cause of providing the customer with best value for money.
