1. How do I buy at QStore?

   Buying through QStore is very easy. Follow the listed steps to make a transaction:

   1. On the first page, choose the service you wish to buy. Add the selected service to your shopping cart by clicking on "Add to Shopping Cart" button. You can add or remove any item before you decide to buy.
   2. Once you decide to buy the item(s), proceed to checkout, using our order form.
   3. Choose the payment method (please follow the instructions).
   4. You will then receive an order number (Write this down for future reference).
   5. You are now ready to buy!

2. Why and how do I register at QStore?

   Registration at QStore is optional, but we highly recommend it. Registering yourself helps us recognize you as our client, and serve you much better every time you shop with us. You will enjoy shopping privileges, a customized user profile and an advance notification on all our promotions and special offers.

3. I cant remember my password to login to my profile at QStore!

   If you cannot remember your password, click on "Forgot your password?" field. Type your QStore registered e-mail address in the required field to receive your password via e-mail.

4. What services can I buy at QStore?

   The following services are available:

   • Internet Pre-Paid cards
   • QHotSpot Cards

5. How do I renew my existing account?

   Renewing through QStore is simple. Follow the listed steps:

   1. Select the service you wish to renew from the initial page.
   2. Select the period required, and add the service to your shopping cart (click on "Add to Shopping Cart" button).
   3. Proceed to “Check Out” to pay for the service.

   you are registered at QStore (Please read question number two above), please login and view your profile under "My Account". You can view all your existing services and renew your services from there.

6. How can I pay?

   You can pay using:

   • Credit Cards issued from local banks only (Visa, Master Card & Diners Club)
   • K-Net Cards

   You will be asked to enter your valid card details to conclude your transaction (kindly follow the instructions).

7. Is it safe to use my Credit or Debit card?

   Yes, it is perfectly safe, as all the transactions are carried out within the secure and protected NBK card payment environment.

8. How can I check my order status?

   You can easily check with our Call Center at 804 444, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Alternatively, you can e-mail us at support@qualitynet.net, All you need to provide is your name and order number.

9. What about refund policy?

   There is no cancellation for the order once the money has been deducted from your credit account. In the case that no transaction has taken place, you can cancel the order.

10. Will you share my information with anyone else?

    No. Any information you entrust us with, stays confidential. It will never be shared with any third party. Kindly refer our Privacy Policy for more information.

11. Why can I only log in using a "Guest" account?

    You can access or login to QStore using any valid Internet account, but we recommend using the username "guest" and password "qnet". It is a security measure, which allows us to track the user in case of any attempted abuse of the site. It is aimed at protecting our customers and providing them with the best service and highest security level, at the same time the "guest" account is free for accessing QStore.
