- What is a "Login-Name" or "Username"?
A "Login name" or "Username" is an administrative name, which may be used in conjunction with a password to allow users of that login name or User ID to access their Internet account, email box or their web account.

- What is an "Email POP3" account?
An email POP3 (Post Office Protocol 3) account allows a client or user to send and receive email into a dedicated POP3 email box. Each POP3 is assigned an email login name/ Username and password so that the user may log onto the email server, mail.qualitynet.net, enter their login/ Username and password, and then download their Email. Individual users may operate one or more Email POP3's. Examples of POP3 email software are: Outlook Express, Eudora or Microsoft Outlook etc. It is not recommended that more than one user share a single Email POP3 because when a user downloads his/ her mail, they would be downloading all the Emails sent to that POP3, including the Email intended for other users.

The login name you gave us when you signed on is used as your email address i.e. YOUR username same as your Internet login name.

- I need to know some network related Dial-Up information like default gateway, Subnet Mask, and Dial ? in phone number etc.
Individual user accounts do not require to manually configure default gateway, Subnet Mask or IP Addresses, our server will assign you an IP Address dynamically; you only need to specify our DNS numbers, Domain and Domain Suffix Search Order and other settings in the following order:

- What is the best time of the day for dial-in? I hate getting busy signals?
You don`t have to worry about that, we have plenty of Telephone lines that will not give you a busy signals.

- How do I change my Password?
We have provided our customer with an on-line password changing facility. You can find that facility under "Member`s Area" of our website (http://www.qualitynet.net) and by clicking over Change Password link.

- How can I check my account history?
You can check your account history by logging into the Members Area and then clicking over "History" button. This facility allows you to check the following:
Details of connections established (Log-in/ Log-out, Date/ Time)
Check the time and usage of every session made (Hours/ Minutes)
Type of connection made (DSL/ Dial-Up etc.)

- I have NBK account and want to sign-up for Internet using Watani Online, how long will it take to get my account activated/ renewed?
If you sign-up using NBK Watani Online, it will take two working days to activate/ renew your account.

- Why do I sometimes get disconnected?
Some users connect to the Internet and leave their computer idle while connected. If your Internet connection is idle for 20 minutes, then it will be disconnected automatically, but then you can connect easily without any problem.
